If you are visiting St. James, we are so glad! We hope that you are comfortable during your visit. We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be anxiety provoking.  If you are looking for a church home or a place to worship while on vacation, we want to welcome you but not overwhelm you.  We sincerely hope that your first visit will be memorable, meaningful, and enjoyable.

We have two Sunday morning worship services at 9:00 & 10:30 Sunday School begins at 10 am. We love kids, and children are always welcome to stay with their parents throughout the service.  We have activity packs for children who want to draw and color during the service.  Information about our Children and Youth Ministry can be found under the "Ministry Team" menu item.

When you come in person the first time you will be greeted near the front door of the church, welcomed, and be offered a service bulletin.  Along with basic information it also includes worship notes that explain the structure of the service and some of the key elements. We use a projector to display worship responses on a screen. We try to make it easy for guests to participate in worship without worrying about what book to pick up next.
